There might be no one in contemporary music who has produced for, collaborated with and advised as many major stars as musical genius of 16-time Grammy Award Winner David Foster. A talented musician with a keen ear for the right sound, lyric and melody, David Foster has earned his nickname — “The Hitman”.

'Hit Man Returns' was filmed before a sold out crowd in 2010 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. Each one-off show features David Foster at the piano, a handpicked line-up of superstar performers, breaking new talent, the world’s top session musicians and a full orchestra. It’s all wrapped in a magical environment of staging, lights, visual media and concert sound.

His previous PBS special was a star-studded affair, filled with great music and inspiring performances. Now, David Foster returns to WPT with a new program recorded live in Las Vegas. Of course, he brings along many of his friends, including young phenom Jackie Evancho, R&B star Ne-Yo, funk pioneers Earth, Wind and Fire, rock and pop artist Kenny Loggins, pedal steel guitar master Robert Randolph, newcomer Charice and more.
